Dave - Keyboards/Vocals

    Dave has been at the helm of Groove Train since its inception

in April of 2004, overseeing the rise of Groove Train to a position as one of Northeastern PA's most in-demand private party/wedding bands.  Dave has been performing in bands for 30 years and has recorded three original CDs including his solo CD 'New Day' which is available online at DaveChaump.com. 

Some of the bands Dave has performed with include the Taylor and Caine Showband, The David Rose Band, Strawberry Jam, High Society, and Intrigue.  In addition, he has produced numerous advertising jingles, performs as a solo artist and teaches music full time as a professional educator.  While not managing and performing with Groove Train, Dave enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Roseann.

    Bill comes from a strong lineage of musicians. From the late 70's through the early 80's, Bill traveled around the country with various legendary acts such as The Classics, The Drifters, Danny and the Juniors, The Coasters, The Box Tops and the 1910 Fruit Gum Company. With the advent of the 80's and 90's, he performed with party dance bands playing the Jersey Shore, New York City, and PA circuits.

After spending 5 years writing originals, Bill returned to the live band scene with the venerable Jersey Shore band High Street. After moving to PA in 2004 he joined Groove Train where his irresistible bottom end makes Groove Train one of Northeastern PA's most sought after dance bands.

Becca - Lead Vocals

    Becca is a Groove Train original who provides those great female leads that the band is known for.  Besides being a top vocalist, Becca is a multi-talented musician who plays a variety of instruments including a smoking clarinet. Becca also is a mainstay in the Marywood Wind Ensemble as well as playing in a band with her father, Frank. Becca's influences include Norah Jones, Linda Eder, and Earth Wind and Fire.  And besides all this, Becca also finds the time to teach middle school music as well as marching band !

Dennis - Guitar/Vocals

     On stage, it doesn't get any more meticulous than the presence of Groove Train's six string slinger, Dennis Moore. His equipment is second to none as is his guitar and vocal chops. A highly accomplishd musician, Dennis is well known for his work with various bands through the years including Straight Up, Chasin' The Cat, Hollywood, and Triple Play. Dennis provides a no-holds barred approach to his first class guitar work and vocal deliveries.  Dennis' extensive travel abroad with touring road groups has given Groove Train yet another highly experienced and well-seasoned veteran on stage.
